If your printed item cracks, peels, or fades within the first 90 days of normal use, we’ll replace it — free of charge.

What’s Covered
Our guarantee applies to defects related to the printing process, including:
- Premature cracking
- Peeling or lifting of the print
- Unusual fading not caused by misuse
This guarantee applies to items that have been:
- Properly washed and cared for
- Used under normal conditions
If there’s ever a question, our team will review it with fairness and transparency.
What’s Not Covered
While we stand firmly behind our workmanship, the following are not covered under the guarantee:
- Damage caused by improper washing or drying (e.g., high heat, harsh detergents)
- Normal wear and tear beyond the 90-day period
- Damage from misuse, alteration, or excessive abrasion
