Each year, we receive a large number of donation and sponsorship requests, and while we’d love to help everyone, we review all submissions to ensure our support creates the biggest impact.

To ensure every request is reviewed thoughtfully and consistently, we ask that all inquiries be submitted through the form below. This gives us the information we need to understand your event or organization and determine how we can best contribute.

Please submit your request at least 15-30 business days before your event or deadline. Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we’ll reach out directly if we’re able to participate.

What We Consider

When we review donation or sponsorship requests, we look for opportunities that reflect our values and our commitment to the community. We’re especially drawn to:

  • Local youth sports, schools, and community events
  • Programs that have a positive impact on families in Sarnia–Lambton
  • Fundraisers or initiatives that encourage teamwork, leadership, or community spirit

  2. Our team will review your submission within 15–30 business days.
  3. If we’re able to support your request, we’ll reach out with next steps.
