What happens once I place an order?

The following outlines the process and timelines for your order:

Initial Email: Within 1-2 business days, your Account Manager will reach out to confirm your order, logo colours, logo location on the item, and desired decoration method. We will also verify whether you have a firm deadline for the order.

Digital Proof Emailed to You: Once your logo details & dates are confirmed, you will receive a proof via email of your digitized logo.

Proof Approved by You: You must approve your logo proof within 24 hours to keep your order on schedule!  We will not process your order until we hear back from you.

You may face additional charges if excessive edits are required including but limited to: choosing to change your logo size, adding an additional logo or colours to an existing logo, or “rush process” your order. In those cases, you will be notified about those charges from your Account Manager.

Production: Once the logo is approved, the order goes into production.

Order Complete: You will receive an email from your Account Manager notifying you the order is complete and ready for pick up. Most orders will be ready to pickup or ship within 10-15 days of ordering.
